I wanted to look natural and get rid of my turkey neck. Bitner educated me, walked me through all the possibilities and treated me with respect and compassion. The results are amazing. I had no idea I would be so happy with the younger, better ME. Bitner and his staff are competent, professional and caring. They listened when I just needed to talk even on the weekends. I can’t praise them enough for my experience. I’ve already convinced a sister and best friend to come for an evaluation. I recommend this office. I had several previous evaluations over the years and none left me with the desire to schedule. Bitner educated and reassured so well I scheduled a time for surgery almost immediately and was so excited!
